ReadyRefresh® is proud to offer expanded delivery hours, flexible frequency options (choose weekly, biweekly, monthly, bimonthly, every 3 months or even one-time ordering) for any product we deliver and increased communication (pre-delivery and post-delivery notifications). Plus, you’ll enjoy an easy-to-shop website and much more. Our mission is simple: we want to make it easy for you to live a healthier life.

What products can I order?

We offer a wide array of bottled beverage brands for you to choose from, including still and sparkling waters (domestic and imported), flavored waters, iced teas and sparkling juices.

We want to make it easy for you to live a healthier life. This tagline is our quick way to convey how simple it is to order from With just a few clicks, or a few taps on your mobile device, you’ll quickly customize your order for thirst-quenching beverages delivered right to your door.

Who owns ReadyRefresh®?

ReadyRefresh® is owned by Nestlé Waters North America Inc., a subsidiary of Nestlé®.

Is my water brand owned by Nestlé?

Yes, most of the brands offered by ReadyRefresh® are owned by Nestlé®.

Accounts & Billing Do I make my payment to ReadyRefresh®?

Yes, all payments should be made to ReadyRefresh®.

Service What are my delivery options?

You can choose from a variety of options, for any product you would like us to deliver to your door, including: weekly, biweekly, monthly, every other month and every 3 months. Just tell us what works best. We deliver weekdays from 7 AM to 8 PM.

Can I customize my order notification preferences?

Yes, we’re very pleased to provide additional communication preferences regarding your orders. Via email: we offer order confirmation, a delivery reminder and delivery confirmation. Via text or email: you can now receive pre-delivery and post-delivery notification so you can stay better informed about your order.

Outside of the new website and existing toll-free number, is there any other way to communicate with ReadyRefresh®?

Do you have an app to access the service?
